Avantis Education is celebrating this week after ClassVR - the world’s leading virtual and augmented reality solution for education, was announced as a finalist at the prestigious AV Awards. Shortlisted in the coveted Visual Technology of the Year Award category, Avantis Education and ClassVR have been named alongside some of the world’s leading audio-visual brands including ADI, Epson, and Sony.
Organised by AV Magazine, a leading source of global audio-visual technology news, the AV Awards are recognised as a hallmark of industry excellence, celebrating innovation and honouring pioneering products and projects.
The announcement continues a trajectory of industry award success for Avantis Education, after winning ‘Best Education Solution’ at the XR Awards and ‘International Digital Educational Resource’ earlier this year at the Bett Awards.
Celebrating the company’s latest achievement, Gillian Rhodes, Chief Marketing Officer, Avantis Education, said: "This recognition underscores our innovation in the AV technology sector, and is a testament to our dedication to maintaining ClassVR’s leadership in global education.
“Since launching in 2017, ClassVR now reaches over two million students, in over 200,000 classrooms across 90 countries. This achievement emphasises our international impact and commitment to global educational excellence.”
The AV awards ceremony will take place at Battersea Evolution, London, on Friday 1st November 2024. To view the full list of Visual Technology of the Year finalists, visit the AV Magazine website.
